Making a Racket

This feathery chap was making his presence felt as friend Helen and I passed by his farmyard en route to Ruin Bank Wood for our walk.

Jenny is working her last day in her old job and, depending on how she feels when she finishes, she will either head north today or tomorrow.  We will miss her but we look forward to hearing how she and Pete get on in their new home and jobs in the coming weeks, and we will drop in when we too head north for our holiday at the end of September.

Our thoughts are very much with Corinthian today.
