Potage Crecy

I wasn't making Potage Crecy but if I were then this would be the main ingredient - French for carrot soup is potage Crecy, something that sticks with me from catering college, way back in the last century. It's the only photo I've taken today so you've got a gobbit of the junk accrued in the recesses of my mind.
