Bit scruffy but delicious!

See extras picture, our older son messaged, do you want this for your tea? I thought he was teasing me. It’s a Guernsey Bass he’d caught it, scaled and filleted all ready to cook. Yes please, and it was so delicious, with steamed new potatoes and green beans. This was hubby’s plate, and he ate my crispy skin. So now stuffed (my share was smaller) just sitting, relaxing.
