Yay, they're back

I can't tell you how happy I was to see these as I went into Stockbridge today. I love Aesop products, but they are very expensive so I ration myself, however being able to have a free sample from one of the bottles outside the shop as I pass is always a bonus. They removed their sample bottles during the Covid restrictions however I was delighted to see that they are back today. OK they are the hand-wash rather than body lotions and hand creams, but they still smell amazing. Another step on the road back which I was delighted to take advantage of.
We had Eilidh and Isobel this morning - Eilidh just for a couple of hours as she wanted some time with us before going to her holiday club (we were glad to have time with her too). Isobel was with us till lunch time. We had lots of fun playing with her dolls and drawing.
This afternoon I went out to Costco to pick something up for tomorrow, I couldn't believe how quickly I got out to Straiton on a Friday afternoon, remarkable. I was so taken aback that I went into Stockbridge for a coffee on the way back. Sadly Soderberg had completely run out of buns and scones.... what is the world coming to? I have some plotting to do for tomorrow and lots of tidying and cleaning too. Never my favourite occupation.
