After the storm

An early start for a 10k walk in the mountains this morning. Cool and clear after last night’s big storm. We picked a loop that the tourists don’t know, and had a lovely time. A lake for the dogs, views for the humans, and home before it got too hot. A scorcher of an afternoon. I tackled the courgette mountain and we now have a courgette, orange, cinnamon and walnut cake to enjoy.
