watching the bees

A mixed day of sunshine and fairly dramatic heavy showers.

The inula have been beaten down to by the weather. The bees are still enjoying them, though, and during a sunny spell this morning I watched them for a while. Now the blooms are no longer way above my head I can see what's going on.
