Water Sculpture

The water isn't coming out of the feature but I absolutely love this. I ride by it often and hope they have the water on but they never do. The little boy on the shoulders of the older boy who's reaching back to turn on the hose is, to me, the most precious piece I've ever seen. My son always loved playing in the water when he was young so it makes me think of him.
