Burn off

It looks quite scary but this smoke is part of a control burn off in the nearby national park. Better to have control fires now in the cooler weather and reduce the fuel for any future fires in the summer.
All of New South Wales is now in lockdown. The numbers are growing with no sign of this getting under control.
