Fruitfulness.
The Feast Day of Saint Maximilian Kolbe.
Today I got up 6:10am when I heard Arthur our cat crying out with urgent caterwaul sounds, for his first meal of the morning. Arthur then settled down thankfully and I returned to my sleep until about 8am.
It is cold, pleasantly so and 20c indoors, and 17c outdoors according to the registered laptop temperature. There is a strong breeze, but the hollyhock is standing tall in the Church garden. The orange and the pink dahlias are looking beautiful. Many hydrangeas are in flower. No butterflies are landing on the buddleias. I miss them this year.
I have enjoyed a short local walk and bought a newspaper, as Paul does the big Saturday crossword puzzle.
I was overjoyed to discover these beautiful plums growing on a tree in a garden on my neighbourhood stroll.
Arthur is sleeping peacefully now.
Thanks for visiting blip friends and for recent kind comments. Take care.
