The shows

I had actually given myself a wee talking to this morning on my drive to Girvan. It was a beautiful morning and I had told myself I needed to come out of hibernation. I have been very anti-social and fed up.
I went down to the sea front to get a blow of the fresh air and low and behold the shows were setting up. Codonas were in town.
I thought this ride reflected what I had been saying to myself. Kick Ass is my own so hopefully I'll pay attention to myself. Nobody else does so I had better take an interest!
