It used to be Goldfinches.

Time was when Al and I could stand at the window and watch the Goldfinch hordes devouring the Lavender seeds, NOT this bush of course.  I last saw a "Shootable" Goldfinch in 2018.  This bush is overdue a prune and will get one - once the Bummlies are done with it.  I counted five easily - BUT - had to steal two from other shots/Macros, shrink them to scale and "glue" them into position; since when, I've found a genuine one in position. NO prize for spotting it.
