Barnard Castle

The river and fish pass too (and a couple of fly fishers).

We had a beautiful walk from our site through Deepdale Woods into the town. Ate the most delicious fish & chips on benches by the castle. Then had a little saunter through the town, past the chocolate shop, and all the way back along the river and through the woods, letting the dogs stop at the stream. The dogs are now snoring their heads off after such a good walk. It's so nice to be parked up at the site with friends on the next door pitch and to be able to mix & move around freely without Covid restrictions. The dogs are getting on well with our friends' Beagle & Lahsa Apso. Millie is in the extra (in the river) and Bella the Beagle is seen greeting the donkey.
