A long journey home

Left our daughter’s home early this morning at 06:00 to catch the ferry and then drive from Holyhead back to Warwickshire.

Sad to leave the family and granddaughter in tears last night because we were leaving. However she has been promised that it will be a family Xmas in Warwickshire which brought a smile back to her face,

Grandson went to watch the football with his dad as I was packing and Bray won with a penalty in the 90th min.

Blip today was taken as we returned to our car on the ferry. Thought it was not a typical shot of a lorry.

Time to put my feet up. A long drive so hopefully I will sleep well tonight.
