A visit to the zoo

Today I finally made it to the zoo to pick up my membership card which I purchased in June I decided to get a membership card as most Saturdays M is out with her friend and of course H and A have their own things to do so I thought would be nice if the weather was ok I could go and spend some taking photos and it works out cheaper than paying each time. The zoo was practically my second home for nearly 3 years when H worked there as an apprentice zoo keeper I would go either on a Saturday or Sunday depending on which weekend day she was working to meet her for lunch and also a few times in the school holidays then I would have a wander around got to know most of the keepers although a lot have changed now. Had a lovely stroll around the zoo and took hopefully so nice photos just picked a few of my favourites before rain stopped play had to keep covering my camera so decided to call it a day that's the advantage of a membership I didn't feel I had wasted my money as I can go again soon will choose a better day weather wise I think.
