Breakfast with a View

After sleeping the night in the camper van outside Rose's we decided to go somewhere with a better view to eat our breakfast. So the top of Vårdkasen (Beacon Hill) it was.
This is the view looking west, inland, across the South Sound. We can literally see for miles in all directions, and feel grateful that we have such places easily within reach.
In winter this is the top of the town's ski slope but now it's summer and a stream of visitors come up, look at the view and then drive down again. A smaller group come up and then disappear into the forest along the many paths and jogging tracks that the wind turbines up here pay for.
We do live in a lovely place.
