Accidental Portrait

I was messing about with my phone and accidentally took this picture of the young woman sitting opposite me. I have no idea who she is and I'm not really sure about the etiquette of posting it, but it's a really nice shot.

Does a train count as a public place? Am I a creep for not deleting it?
