New crop

The forest is stripped of any fallen cones on a daily basis, probably used as fire lighters, with a new crop in the making but it will be some time before it’s their turn to fall.

It was a really cold day in Joburg today so apart from some shopping, and a walk with Shiv, we stayed put for most of it. Two games of rugby (the Boks won again!) the movie Dunkirk (again!), and some planning for our trip next month.

Not a bad way to spend a winters day.
