Oops!

Forgot to take a blip ;-/ so you have the obligatory doorstep blip.

We picked our friends, J & S, up and took them to Ripley farmers market. We all bought lots of delicious goodies. Then into the village for a coffee and enjoyed listening to a crooner who was singing outside the cafe on the opposite side of the road (they had no outside tables left). We then pootled to a pub near Woking that S had booked for lunch. A first for all of us and delightful it was too. We were early so we enjoyed a drink in the outside area. We all really enjoyed our meal which was in a very calm and relaxed atmosphere and a good space of time between courses. We returned to the outside area to enjoy our coffees after the meal. 

Finding out that J has recently been signed off work for a month with stress, I think it was a much needed lovely day that we both thoroughly enjoyed.
