Hitched!

Well, we signed the official forms. We were never into big dos, so after 23 years together we decided on a civil partnership with no ceremony. Our witnesses were my other half's sister and hubby. The party was lunch out for the four of us.

We thought we'd got away with any madness until we returned home.....

We were greeted with the front of the house being dressed up by a couple of my crazy friends. And they were lying in wait, all dressed up, to pounce on us. Little did they know that we'd gone for a meal, so they ended up waiting over 3 hours for us! That's dedication.

Luckily one of our neighbours took pity on them and gave them refreshments and allowed them to use their facilities. 

I should have known they would do something........
