Shoes?

Came to husband's room to find his shoes in the corner, no bed, no Tom - we are back in hospital which I prayed hard to avoid in 2013 - no such luck with this guy. Anyway, they are running tubes and tests to ascertain what is going on - I sound kind of cavalier, not really, it is just I am really clear that we are an amazing mix of mechanics and magic in these bodies of ours. He is in good hands on both accounts. And these old shoes said something to me when I got back to his room.
