Sunshine!

Good to see an intermittent sun today, but it wasn’t warm enough to have our lunch outside. I roasted a little joint of beef today, and of course had to make Yorkshire Pudding. This is a bit hit and miss for me, but I am pleased to say today’s puffed up beautifully.
More baking this afternoon, because I have the Mahjong Group coming on Tuesday, and they will expect cake.
Good long chat with my sister as usual on a Sunday, and we were making plans for when we meet in a few weeks’ time.
