Bassenthwaite Triathlon

After a wet morning, we went over to St Bega's for a walk. Driving up the side of Bassenthwaite Lake, we passed a load of cyclists who were taking part in a triathlon. As we turned off the road, I parked up in a lay-by, and jumped out of the car and spent 10 minutes shooting them as they passed. 

Though I didn't see her, our neighbour but two was taking part in the Triathlon, I saw her later in the day after we got home. She had long passed, as she came 2nd of the women! - that's properly fit!
