The Return of the Native

By way of a combination of circumstances I returned today to a place I have not visited since my late teens. The experience was both exciting and full of memories. The landscape had changed, but so with time we also  change and see the world differently. The title of this image is taken from the Thomas Hardy book of the same name. I remember reading many of his books in my teenage years. I am not sure how often they are read now.
