might it be?  I guessed some kind of middle Eastern musical instrument. It doesn't have a characteristic bell. It has an enclosed double reed. It measures nineteen inches (48.26cm) and weighs six ounces (171g). Might be a tourist wall hanger. I can only get three notes out of it . . .
