Notes: Was supposed to be a windy and rainy day as the storm Fred passed in the gulf. Morning was some clouds and breeze but not bad. Had already decided to do a run or swim tho and headed to the pool for laps (have only done one other time since I moved in end of May!). Was nice quiet morning on the water and pool felt warmer than I expected. After a shower, decided to run to the big Walmart for a few things - ran into Hope as I was walking out. Made eggs with shredded zucchini and watched the Sun morning show. Quiet rest of day. Heavy rains and wind did finally hit later in the evening. Big batch of tofu stir fry for dinner.
