In-between Puddle

An early blip for a change.

It was a raw morning. The thaw which had set in yesterday had been set packing by a very cold blast. Everything seemed in-between a warm spring-like day and a cold icy winter day. Lots of March days are like that. There was some welcome blue in the sky but some ominous clouds around which are looking to make their presence felt.

The thaw has removed the snow from the fields and the ice has frozen the soil. The wind has pushed a lot of snow against the fences and dykes and it is difficult to tell what is going to advance. Whether snow is going to come back and cover the field or whether the thaw will recover the rest of the field from the snow.

This puddle caught my attention. Today, it is in-between. Wonder which way it will go?
