Oh the joy…

…of dealing with a call centre. All I wanted to do was add Sky Sports HD to my tv package. What a faff, I couldn’t find any where on the internet site to do it and I gave up my first contacting attempt after waiting over 15 mins for a bot just to respond to me.
On my second attempt I changed my line of attack and keyed in that I specifically wanted to upgrade my package and surprise surprise I got connected straight away! I think they thought I wanted to do an full upgrade and not just add a few channels. One-nil to me :-)
