Bright Eyes and Mad Hats

My stepdaughter, Frances stayed with us last night and is off to Edinburgh, where she lives, today. With a busy and not particularly photogenic day of rehearsals for different events ahead of me I wondered what I would be able to blip. Then Frances appeared dressed for the journey and the problem was solved. It had to be done!

It's not quite as sharp as I'd have liked but I think a bit of softness is acceptable and may be reminiscent of the 'Hollywood shooting through a sheer stocking' style of beauty photography. I seem to recall that another technique was to put Vaseline on the lens?

Anyway here's Frances looking stunning but a bit mad. We're sorry to see her go but will be visiting here up in Edinburgh next week.
