Lunch Out

Mums first meal out for a year- a picnic at Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve. I tempted her out with smoked salmon and cream cheese bagels, the promise of coffee from the Visitor Centre and a new walker . She was not pleased to be presented with a new walker because she does not like other people organising her but did agree the seat is very comfortable. 
Last year we visited and she managed the 1km circuit. Today she could only manage 200m which shows the effect of the stay at home message.
