Moorland Heather

We decided on afternoon walk from Levisham towards Dundale Pond on the North York Moors.

Lots of walkers enjoying the heather on circular walks from the Hole of Horcum. I knew this area attracts the Highland Cattle and joked with R that all I needed was a cow in the heather. It must have been my lucky day because that is what I got!

Good to see the Heather recover from an attack by the heather beetle in 2019.
