A night out at Sharpness

I've spent a lot of today going through shots I took last night, as part of a local photo group walkabout. I've decided therefore to go with one of them which was taken at abut eight pm yesterday (ooh, blip crime).

Sharpness offers a lot of opportunities for photography, with some decent dereliction and lots of dockside architecture. Here the "Eems Spirit" is transferring cargo prior to heading out to Santander early this morning. 

I quite like the stars around the floodlighting. I'll throw the rest of the shots from the walkabout onto Flickr later.
