Alice in her wonderland

So this morning we had a late start due to the weather, but after the mist had cleared a bit we set off on the mountain route to Denbigh and stopped off at the airfield at Lleweni Parc to see if there was anything going on. We’ve stayed on their caravan site a few times when Mr HB has been flying there but today nothing was happening as you can hardly see a yard in front of your face let alone try to fly in the low cloud with mountains all around. Never mind, a good chat with C the CFI (Chief Flying Instructor) and cuddles with Big Joe, his beautiful Newfoundland passed the time together with a good walk round the site. Lots of wonderful wood sculptures to see. We had a sit down at the Mad Hatter’s table and were pleased to see Alice still looking .....
