Rusty railings

I have already blipped the rusty old gate at the entrance to the estate in which I'm house-sitting.

This collage shows more of the railings leading up to the gate and some close-ups of the ornamental detail in the railing. If you go large you can see the decay in the wrought iron.

There's something very sad, but also beautiful, about it, don't you think?


Bitterly cold today. I'll be looking after Dornie and Shuna over the weekend, so hope to snatch some doggy blips...
