QUEEK VALLEI

Translation: "Valley of Cultivation"
Early settler, Zacharias de Beer realised that this valley was exceptionally fertile and named it De Queek Vallei. An added bonus was the fresh clear water flowing down from the Swartberg.
To this day the water flows through the village and wonderful produce is grown here.
