Sausages

Apple and Gouda pork sausages, sauerkraut, shishito peppers, and rolls.

The sauerkraut and rolls are both homemade. I don't foresee ever making my own sausages, but who knows what future notions I'll have; a few years ago I wouldn't have imagined I would ferment my own sauerkraut. These are our first shishitos of the season, and I look forward to plenty more to come.
