The Fallen

Bit of a fun packed day today - took Joe to work and then came home to do a spot of house work
Where's the fun you are asking?
After the chores I took my first outdoor cycle ride this year - absolutely freezing, and quite breezy but 10 miles were clocked up in a shattering 35 mins - just enough to get me back into the training and hoping for some lovely summer weather sooner than later.
After a hot bath and a spot of lunch I felt almost human again.
I wandered around town taking a few pics and a hot coffee to unfreeze my chilled fingers.
More excitement later tonight as I'm teaching karate again - my youngest will be joining me for the 1st time in years - will be interesting
