Maidenhair day

This morning we had another frost ( down to about minus4° ) so I didn’t feel inclined to go out too early. I decided to bring in all my ferns one by one and gave them a good clean up, cutting out the dead fronds. I thought they looked much better. 

Happy birthday to our grandson Zach who is ten. We sent him a parcel last week -  early - in case we went into lockdown. Now on day 4. We had a nice chat with Zach via WhatsApp.

Covid news:
Day 4 lockdown here ( and about 8 weeks in Sydney) 633 cases  today.
