Ronde de Nice

A discombobulated sort of a day.  Felt difficult to settle to anything.  Did try and tackle the glut of cucumbers by making a strange pickle and some interesting soup out of them.  The murky looking jar behind the Ronde de Nice courgette is the former.  First world problems.  So much grim news out there.
