I LIKE THE SNOW SCENERY

or must I say I love the snow scenery. But even more when the sun shines for a minute. We went to the station after lunch to meet Mischa coming for a holiday.
For her too the snow is a big surprise. A lovely surprise. After tea we went for a walk through the forest and along the river back. How quiet it is on the paths and how much we love the sound of our footsteps in the snow. Knirps, knirps it says.
In the morning I was amazed at the icicles in the bushes and trees. So pretty for a blip.

My haiku:

Now the birds of prey
Fly over the valley and back
All birds are hungry
