Sparkles glittering on the water

A long lie in this morning - I must have needed it.
It’s easy - I find - to get caught up in our (my) busy lives (life), but perhaps because of J’s accident I’m more reflective today. I made a short diversion on the way back from the gym to the ponds in Hookstone Woods (note to self-I could do this more often). A beautiful quality of light today.
Part of The ancient Knaresborough Forest - that’s the ‘history’ bit.
