Scandale Beck at Low Sweden Bridge.

A spur of the moment trip to Kendal this morning for an M&S food shop. I was surprised how busy it was at 9.30. Did well to avoid the biscuit and wine sections. 

After lunch I walked around the circuit that takes me towards Rydal then climbs, steeply at first, to where I took the main blip. Then it's downhill nearly all the way home. There’s an extra with a few other photos.
