Swing Seat

The swing seat has taken a battering over winter - a bit has fallen off the back, the cushions have gone mouldy, The armrests are parting company with the rest of it and the roofing tore and blew away. Do we repair it or not. Hubby , apparently is going to 'thatch it' - and has been going to for the last three years (like so many other projects)
Anyway its too cold to sit outside.
