The bees are really loving the lavender at the moment.   For the last few days we have had some White's visiting.  There was a near head on collision when they both decided to visit this flower.   The White veered off quickly.

Not much else to report today except that I was really disheartened and shocked seeing the chaos in Kabul, images of pain and absolute fear are going to stay with me.   To add to this was the news of a huge jump in positive covid numbers and I just think Sydney is not going to get out of this second wave.  Meanwhile it is spreading to regional areas and will be all over the State soon.   You can't help worrying about people out West who don't have the resources of Sydney to help them.  Defence has been called in and hopefully they will stop it soon.  The thing they are pushing is getting the jab to give the best protection.  I am still weeks away getting the second AZ shot.   People are dying every day and the numbers in ICU are growing.   It's so grim it is hard to be positive in this lockdown.
