My mate's son is the most chilled out, relaxed dude I have ever met. He loves sparkly stuff - so he thought he'd try some shiny nail varnish. He's 9.

It doesn't mean anything in particular. It just means he likes how it looks. The world has gone a bit mad about stuff like this. Crazy. Let kids be kids.
