Hospitality

I was invited to lunch with a friend today and she put on a delicious feast - homemade quiche and salad, and then a rhubarb cake made with home-grown fruit. It was sunny most of the time so we enjoyed time in the garden while we ate.

This is her gorgeous cat - Isabella - who had her own version of hospitality, making sure I felt very welcome. Thankfully she waiting until we had completely finished eating before she hopped up on the table!
