Notes: Bizarre day. Call with Lauren at 930a - Serena came round pretty quickly and could tell some major energy was being moved as her being up on the couch and behind my head was completely unusual. Got the crown headache before we finished the call and felt out of it all day. Another unusual thing for Serena - middle of the day I found her sitting on the bed. Headache continued and increased, went to bed early but hurting enough then was hard to fall asleep. Once I could, slept for nearly 11 hrs.
