The best Salisbury Steak I’ve had in Japan, hands down. When coming here I was skeptical it’d be good; the family restaurant decor put me off. I haven’t anything against family restaurants, however, the family restaurant scene in Japan is basically conservative and watered down versions of dishes from Western countries, ie. not good. I experience this in Australia with Malaysian food and Chinese food back in the 80s. Melbourne is on the pulse now, however, Japan is still in the 80s in regards to variety and flavour.

However, I was gravely mistaken. This place was fantastic. Highly recommended. The place was full by opening time. Wait times were 20 min by 11:30. Sawayaka is the bomb. Really good.
