Work/play in progress

Living on the edge of a small crown land lot is a blessing for me, a very real enrichment for myself and my dog.
In warmer weather such as today I don't venture too deep in. Too many reptiles.

Today, as my dog wondered off exploring (and bringing a leach home on her!) I played.

I thought it might be a nest at first, but no it is not. It doesn't feel finished yet. It just got too hot (in August!?!) to continue.

It may very well be finished, it will depend somewhat on if any animals or weather disturb it.

One of the things, amongst many, that I love about natural outdoor ephemeral creations is the lesson/practice of non attachment.
