..the smallest native breed of cattle in the UK. Pleased to see that the flimsy plastic stake and thread fence was electrified, being with the dogs; as evidenced by a nearby car battery with jump leads.

Dog Field -Jazz
Chatting with a very likeable and interesting woman today, I was pleased to discover another sherry fan - a rare thing! Her newly married son-in-law as US migrant happens to be a jazz saxophonist who has composed some TV/film scores and plays at Ronnie Scott's occasionally. I'll keep a lookout for him.

The King has a new castle
Had my first audience with The King who has moved to a new village near Nottingham. We went on an adventure to find the local playground, which happened to be adjacent to what will be his first school. This also allowed his parents to continue with moving in tasks.

I used to play 5-a-side football there approaching 20 years ago with a few university arts lecturers and recognised the pub that we used to meet in afterwards. They were a good laugh, but the conversation was frequently at a higher echelon than that in which I occupy!
