Sweet corn

The allotment is my wife's domain but I get roped in when she needs stinging nettles pulled, tough weeds dug out, compost turned and watering done. Green gym and all that! Anyway, she's done particularly well with the sweet corn this year. The picture shows the next set of corns will soon be ready. We had a couple the other evening and they were really sweet - no need for butter or any other spread.
